Everything that does not fit the other five. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Not every booking is a dinner or a trip. People ask for a companion at a wedding, a plus-one for a birthday where arriving alone would be remarked on, someone to show a visitor the city for a day, or an evening with no plan attached to it at all.
Ask. The worst answer you will get is no, and we would rather give it early than let you build a weekend around a maybe.
There are things we do not arrange, and it is fairer to name them than to leave it vague. Nothing illegal. Nothing involving anyone who has not agreed to it themselves. We do not pass on a companion contact details, and we do not pass on yours.
Inside that, most things are possible given notice. Unusual requests need more of it: a week is comfortable, a fortnight is better if travel or a third party is involved.
If you are not sure whether what you have in mind is reasonable, send it anyway. We have been asked stranger.
