What we hold, and why.

What we hold

The enquiry form on this site does not send anything to us. It assembles your message in your own browser and hands it to WhatsApp, where you read it over and decide whether to send it. Until you press send there, nothing has left your device. This website records none of it — not the name, not the destination, not the message, not the fact that you opened the page.

Once you do send it, the message is a WhatsApp conversation between you and us. It is held on your device and ours, and it carries whatever WhatsApp itself carries, including your telephone number. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and what it does with a message in transit is governed by its own terms, not by this notice.

If you hold a membership account, your account details are held in the member system used to sign you in, which is operated by MillionCurves. Elite Desires reads that system to sign you in.

Enquiries sent through the old form, before October 2026, are still held. Those records contain the name, email address, mobile number and nationality given at the time, the message, and the IP address the enquiry arrived from. Nothing new is being added to them, and they are covered by the rest of this notice exactly as before.

How an enquiry is assessed

Every enquiry is read and decided by a person. Nothing about it is decided automatically, and approval is not automatic.

Enquiries approved through the old form before October 2026 were in some cases approved automatically from the details given. If a decision about your enquiry was made that way, you may ask for it to be looked at by a person instead.

How it is handled

Enquiries are handled confidentially and are read by the small number of people responsible for considering them.

Information is accessible on a need-to-know basis. Access to member and enquiry records is limited to those who require it to administer membership, arrange an introduction or maintain the security of the service.

Member identities, enquiry contents and the details of any arrangement are not disclosed to other members, to companions beyond what an introduction requires, or to anyone else, except where we are obliged to do so by law. The one exception is the member system described above: where an enquiry is approved, your name and email address are used to create your membership record there.

How long it is kept

Enquiries and membership records are kept for as long as they are needed for membership administration, security and any legal obligation that applies.

Records are reviewed and removed by hand rather than on an automatic schedule. We would rather say that plainly than describe a timetable that nothing enforces.

If you would like your enquiry removed, ask and we will remove it. That is the surest way to have it gone.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use enquiry or member details for mass marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We do not publish the residence address, member identities or companion contact details anywhere on this website.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie when you sign in to the members area, and only then. It exists to keep you signed in. Reading the public pages — including the enquiry form, which posts nowhere — sets no cookie at all.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers. The typefaces are served from this website rather than from a font service, so loading a page makes no request to anyone but us.

Your requests

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the enquiry form and we will deal with it privately.

Where we are required to keep a record for a legal or security reason, we will say so rather than confirm a deletion that has not happened.
