WHAT WE HOLD, AND WHY.

When you send a private enquiry we record the name, email address, city, referral, nature of enquiry, preferred date and message you provide, together with the date and time.

We also record the IP address and browser identification the enquiry arrived from. This is kept for security and abuse prevention — it is what lets us recognise and stop automated or repeated misuse of the form — and for nothing else.

If you hold a membership account, your account details are held in the member system used to sign you in. Elite Desires reads that system; it does not create or alter accounts.

Enquiries are handled confidentially and are read by the small number of people responsible for considering them.

Information is accessible on a need-to-know basis. Access to member and enquiry records is limited to those who require it to administer membership, arrange an introduction or maintain the security of the service.

Member identities, enquiry contents and the details of any arrangement are not disclosed to other members, to companions beyond what an introduction requires, or to anyone else, except where we are obliged to do so by law.

Enquiries and membership records are retained only for as long as they are required for membership administration, security and any applicable legal obligation, and are then deleted.

An enquiry that is not taken forward is kept for a limited period so that we can recognise a repeat approach, and is then removed.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use enquiry or member details for mass marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We do not publish the residence address, member identities or companion contact details anywhere on this website.

This site sets a session cookie when you sign in to the members area or send an enquiry. It exists to keep you signed in and to protect the enquiry form against forgery and abuse.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the enquiry form and we will deal with it privately.

Where we are required to keep a record for a legal or security reason, we will say so rather than confirm a deletion that has not happened.
