THE TERMS OF THE CIRCLE.

Elite Desires is an invitation-only private circle that arranges introductions for lawful, consensual social companionship: private dinners, business and social occasions, nightlife, time on the water, international travel and privately arranged experiences.

Fees are for time, company and the arrangement of an occasion. Nothing else is offered, implied or agreed, and no arrangement made through Elite Desires may be presented as anything else.

Every companion is an independent adult who decides for herself whether to accept an introduction. Any arrangement is subject to her consent at all times, and consent may be withdrawn at any point without explanation.

Membership is extended selectively through existing members, trusted referral or direct invitation. Private applications may be considered, but acceptance is never automatic.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a membership, guarantee availability or oblige us to respond. We may decline an enquiry or an application without giving reasons.

Membership is personal to the member and may not be transferred, shared or used on behalf of another person. Access may be suspended or ended where these terms are not met.

Courtesy is expected at every stage, towards companions and towards the people who arrange an occasion.

Rates and arrangements are fixed. They are not negotiated, and enquiries that open with a negotiation are not answered.

Disrespectful, explicit, anonymous or incomplete enquiries will not receive a response. Behaviour that places a companion in an uncomfortable, unsafe or unlawful position ends the arrangement immediately and permanently.

Photography or recording of any person requires their prior consent.

Member identities are not disclosed. Members are equally expected not to disclose the identity of a companion, the details of an introduction or the location of any private residence to which they are invited.

Information you give us is handled as described in the privacy notice.

An arrangement is confirmed only when we confirm it. Dates held informally are not bookings.

Travel and occasions that involve a third party need more notice, and are subject to practical matters — visas, flights and scheduling — as much as to availability.

Where an arrangement is cancelled, the terms agreed at the time of confirmation apply.

Elite Desires arranges introductions. It is not responsible for the conduct of any independent adult, nor for events outside its control.

The service operates only within the law of the jurisdiction in which an occasion takes place. Nothing on this website should be read as an offer of anything unlawful, and any request of that kind ends the enquiry.

These terms may be updated. The version published here is the one that applies.
