QUESTIONS BEFORE AN ENQUIRY
What does discretion actually mean here?

Member identities are not disclosed. Nothing is recorded beyond what an arrangement requires, and what is recorded is readable only by those who need it. Companions are introduced as what they are to the room, a friend or a guest, and nothing travels afterwards. The journal entry on discretion says more; the privacy notice says exactly what is held and for how long.
