Context. Who introduced you, if anyone. The kind of occasion and roughly when. Whether you live in Dubai, are visiting, or are writing from somewhere we would be travelling to. Anything that would matter on the evening and would be awkward to raise late. A single line asking what is available gives nothing to consider, not because we object to being asked but because there is no way to answer it privately and usefully.
