Rates are fixed, settled in advance and never discussed at the door; they are for a companion's time and company, and they reflect the care, preparation and privacy every arrangement involves. They are not published because they depend on the occasion and its length, and they are given privately once an introduction is being made. We welcome respectful enquiries from those who value those standards.
