What happens after I send an enquiry?

It is read personally, and answered on the same WhatsApp thread if it is going to be answered. There is deliberately no timescale: we would rather say nothing about it than promise a week we cannot keep.

Nothing you type into the form is stored by this website. It is composed into a message in your own browser and handed to WhatsApp, where you read it over and decide whether to send it — so until you press send in WhatsApp, we have not seen it and neither has anyone else.
